Requests during an engagement

We review requests against the agreed scope, work completed, commitments already incurred, and applicable consumer rights. Please contact us promptly so we can discuss the status of your work and the available options. Nothing on this page limits rights provided by applicable law.

Submitting an enquiry does not start a subscription or authorize an automatic renewal.
